For the finest souvenirs in the Philippines, Tesoro’s is included in the list of primary choices to shop on. They have items that perfectly symbolize the Philippines custom and tradition.

Thinking of buying souvenirs to take home? Sure there are plenty of souvenir shops everywhere; however, only few stores offer the best of the Philippines memorabilia. And when talking about the finest Philippine handicraft and souvenir shop, Tesoro’s has been in the business for several decades. The shop is widely known for its extensive selections of souvenirs featuring Philippine culture.

In 1945, Atty. Nestor and Salud B. Tesoro founded the Tesoro’s shop with the ultimate goal of serving both local and foreign tourists to appreciate the beauty of Filipino culture through souvenir items. They produce authentic and high quality Philippine handicrafts made from a variety of local materials. These items are meticulously hand crafted to guarantee superior quality. Over the years, Tesoro’s original mission was maintained, which is to provide only the best of the Philippines.

Tesoro’s offers a large assortment of products, including gift-ware, heritage craft, tableware, shellcraft, embroideries, fashion accessories, apparel made from local materials, traditional tribal art and more.

For men, Tesoro’s sells barong crafted from piña or jusi iber. Barong can be considered as the local version of a tuxedo. Men usually wore barong on special occasions like wedding and government events. Women can likewise wear fashionable clothes from piña silk, jusi or tinalak. The fully embroidered shawl from pure piña and abaca clutch bag are exquisite additions to any casual dresses.

If you are looking for something decorative, choose from Tesoro’s wide selections. Items include: Manyan baskets, Muslim Cermonial jar, golden capiz picture frame, acacia round/square plate, Gabbang, jusi mat, etc.

Probably the famous souvenir items sold in Tesoro’s are the glass sculpture of a Philippine tricycle and the colored glass sculpture of the bayanihan spirit.

Tesoro’s has 12 retail outlets across the country. There are two in Makati, one in Quezon City, two in Manila and one in Muntinlupa. Aside from the concept stores, Tesoro’s products are available in the Filipiniana section of main airport in the Philippines. In addition, the souvenir shop has concept affiliated stores in Shangri-la’s Mactan Resort & Spa and D’Mall in Boracay, Aklan.

For great souvenirs that reflect the rich culture and tradition of the Philippines, they can be found in Tesoro’s. The shop will continue offering high quality items for tourists so they will remember how beautiful the country is.
