“Do you want to further develop you art skills? There is a place that can help you hone you talent…”

Are you the kind who wants to really learn painting but finds it hard to do so? Have you been missing on many arts class? Ted and Cecile Luna could help you with your painting endeavors without all the hardships and boredom.

Artland started as the Luna Art Workshop. It was organized by Ted and Cecile Luna in 1986. They initially thought of opening a venue for them to offer short term Art courses to interested parties in southern Metro Manila. They started with just a group of 30 students. The results of their workshops were overwhelming though that they soon grew to cater to over two hundred students yearly.

For Ted and Cecile, the workshop is different because it stands on the belief that art and people’s creative ability are all gifts from God. They also believe that people should nurture these gifts and use these for the glory of God. The workshops have been helping aspiring painters in finding and nurturing these gifts.

The workshop then paved way for Artland gallery to be established. This is where the best artworks of Contemporary Philippine and Asian artists are found. They accept artists who want to put their artworks in the gallery. Most of these artworks are also for sale.

At present, they also cater to kids who want to learn the basics of painting and drawing. Ted handles children who are 8-12 years old and Cecile handles children 8 years old and below.

Other services offered by Artland are: art and design workshops and services, drawings, paintings and limited edition archival print sales.
