Adarna Food and Culture is a restaurant that is known for serving regional, historical and heirloom cuisine. It is not just a restaurant but also a little museum that also serves as a venue for cultural and arts events like Tertulias, concerts and other forms of art presentations. It may be far from the crowded restaurants, a little far and lonesome along Kalayaan in Diliman but its frequent diners never fail to show up still.
Adarna Food and Culture boasts of the mix of enigmatic ambiance, different vibes and of course, delicious food that it can serve its diners.
The restaurant can seat up to 250 people. there are five dining areas that can be chosen from, namely:
-Bulwagang Adarna which is the main dining hall featuring paintings, antique and 0vintage furniture, old wartime currency and some other vintage items.
-Silid ng Bituin is a function room that features a collection of showbiz memorabilia from the 50’s and 70’s.
-Silid ng Reyna is another function room that features a collection of the turn of the
century Manila Carnival Queen Pageant.
-Patio Rosas is a covered open-air area that features a collection of bottles, a sari-sari
store with free candies, a 1957 jukebox, a display of old komix, toys, print ads and other things.
-Hardin ng Sampaguita is an al fresco with polants, fountain, mango tree and displays of old Manila scenery and vintage work implements making it a perfect place for outdoor programs.
Adarna is an ideal venue for gatherings like birthday parties, family reunions, big family ccasions, corporate events and meetings or friendly gatherings. There are meeting facilities available for corporate functions.
The restaurant has a good street and parking lot available for diners. The smoking patrons could also do so in the designated areas.
